has one mission; to be here for you! This mission was not a slogan created by some high-paid marketing team. It was the founding purpose around our creation.

Early 2014,  Property Preppers LLC was founded to serve the rural areas northern California through foreclosure clean ups. Shortly after, I traveled to Many, Louisiana and began to serve the Toledo Bend community. Centuries of families populated this areas and found it difficult to find quality Property Preservation services that were affordable, honest, and deliberate. Vacation homes were on the rise, and it seem as though many would be populated and then desolate. During this time it was apparent to me that these properties between the time vacation season ended and the next began, were going without care and upkeep. It was then that I decided to become that helping hand; to ensure all homes were taken care of and maintained so that vacation could be entirely enjoyed and free from worry!
